Regulator Service

My Standard Regulator Service Includes:

A full disassembly of the 1st or 2nd stage(s)
Inspection and report of the health of the regulator to the owner
Initial manual removal of corrosion and build up
1 x 15 minute ultrasonic cleaning
Secondary manual removal of corrosion and build up
1 x 15 minute ultrasonic cleaning
Final Manual clean*
Replacement of all parts included within the respective service kits
Reassembly of 1st and 2nd stages
Returning the regulator to the orientation that it was handed in
Setting of IP and 2nd stage leavers
Final test for functionality

All regulators serviced come with a 6 month guarantee and regulator health review.

First stage service: $500 Pesos

Second stage Service: $500 Pesos

Average cost Apeks Service Kit 1st Stage: $820 Pesos**

Average cost Apeks Service Kit 2nd Stage: $580 Pesos**

*If your regulator is over 2 years past its service date, or requires additional attention due to excessive build up, an additional cleaning fee may be added onto your final bill. This will be communicated to you throughout the service process.

**Clients can supply their own service kits, thus only pay for servicing.

Simple Regulator Repair

Not every time you have an issue do you need a full service. Sometimes an O-ring in the right place can keep your regulator functioning for many dives to come. I offer a diagnostic, simple fix, and report on the state of your regulator. This service does not include any ultrasonic cleaning and comes with no gaurantee.

Simple fix : $500 Peso

Oxygen Cleaning

To O2 clean any first or second stage the equipment must first be properly serviced. After that we can O2 clean the equipment so it can safely be used with Oxygen percentaces 40-100.

O2 Cleaning : $300 Peso

Learn how your first and second stages work, how to clean them, common problems and sulutions, how to problem solve, and much more. During this workshop we will take apart your regulators and service them fully.
